Put the veggies, raw chicken, water, and chicken broth in a large pot and boil for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the veggies are tender. Put the rice and seasonings in the pot. I usually turn the burner off and put a lid on the pot and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. Lift the lid and stir in the cream of chicken soup and it's ready to serve. Sometimes if its too thick I will add more chicken broth to get it to a nice consistency. You may need to add a little salt to taste.
