3 cucumbers diced
1 container cherry tomatoes cut up
1 red onion
2 avocados diced
1/2 cup feta cheese
Dressing:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix in a blender or food processor
Serve with cut-up pita bread or pita chips
